I went through a phone screening, a 1:1 interview with my potential manager, and then a panel interview with a few HR Business Partners. I had a positive experience in both interviews. I ultimately got an auto-reject email after having corresponded over a few weeks directly with a recruiter, which was disappointing and a bit impersonal.
