UFG Insurance interview questions

I applied for 3 different positions at different times. Every single time it was for a posting that was less than 24 hours old. My application was closed within hours. According to linked in and the job listing, I have all the qualifications requested. My concern is that the application asks for year of graduation and that definitely identifies me as being over 40. Seeing that this was not a glitch my conclusion is either they are resume mining or something is triggering am automatic decline, and given my qualifications, I would presume it's my age. I do not think this would be a company I would want to work for our do well at.

Set up a recruiter phone call then waited not too long and received an email to set up a virtual interview. That was with 2 supervisors and then I got a phone call the following day with an offer. Quick and easy process
