hand wrote an application same as the one online annoying why not just print it before calling me in then went and sat with some one for a face to face interview where he had my printed resume???
Okay. Seems like a lot for an entry level. Pay seems low for what they want you to do. Outside all the time. Hot weather. Cold weather. Expected to work in it.

Interview
First, there is a phone interview first with recruiter. Then an interview with a branch manager over the phone. Finally an in person interview with branch manager and then you can get hired.
