I had a positive interview with the hiring manager and I was excited about the position and moving forward. However, the HR rep gave me an uneasy feeling, the offer that was presented was considerably lower than the salary range previously discussed. The sign on bonus amount originally offered was only 20% of the bonus that was originally discussed. I was able to get these numbers adjusted, and accepted the offer only to be sent to Concentra Waterbury for a pre-employment health screen. This was the only option, I was not able to use another Concentra. I had a terrible experience at this facility and ended up being treated for PTSD from the experience by my own physician. Waterbury Hospital chose to respond to this by rescinding the offer. Seems like something is very off with the HR department.
