The interview was about 40 minutes long, with 3 panelist, all managers of the unit I was interviewing for. They asked mostly behavioral questions and then two clinical questions. The hardest question for me was asking how I implemented joint commission standards.

Panel of 5-6 nurses, competitive interview with another candidate. Answered same questions back to back. Was difficult to not compare with other candidate's answers. They had our resumes printed out and a scoring sheet.
