The interview team was very friendly and communicative throughout the process. Overall, I felt that the role would have been met with support from leadership and supporting staff. UCSF has great benefits and reputation.

I had three rounds of interviews - the first was an initial phone screen with my supervisor, the second was a phone call with the team that I would be working with most closely (they had asked me to come in but I was out of town), and then I had an in-person interview with the team. I was surprised by how quickly the hiring process moved.
