They hire at the start of fall quarter each year, look for signs telling you when the information sessions are. You can apply at any of the dorms, go to a smaller dorm so that there are less people looking to apply. Show that you can work well with others.

Almost all of the questions were extremely predictable (like biggest strength/weakness/how to handle office situations) but the question that I wasn't expecting to be asked was "how I've experienced diversity in my life"
