don't know what to say. was reached out to apply, then had a very brief virtual interview, and got rejected for no reason. the whole process was disorganized and messy. they probably already went for an internal candidate

General behavioral interview first, then invited to technical and lunch on-site. Heavily tested on a research paper, as well as and assay methods and general field questions. Afterwards, had informal discussions with other team members

They start with a pre-screening to see if your goals align with their lab. They then ask for references and will get back to you if they decide to bring you back for another interview.
