The team and work was very interesting, engaging, and professional but the systems within UCSF are quite slow and bureaucratic from what I heard and confirmed in my personal interview experience. Be prepared for the process from start to finish to take anywhere from 2+ months

After a successful three-part interview, the hiring managers asked me to come up with a very elaborate project plan to improve hospital rankings over a 5 year period. This was very time consuming and not worth it. I felt a bit disrespected as a candidate.
