Wait at the lobby and somebody will escort you, usually the manager, to the lobby. Interview process itself was pretty simple. Look over your resume and ask details on that. Ask what you like to do as a hobby, for a fun question, and then they ask why you want this job.

It's very light and mostly personality based. In addition to situational experiences being asked of. While it does take quite a while to receive a response, it's all worth the wait.
