A thorough interview process was involved with the residency coordinator followed by lunch with the residents and then meeting with attendings from various subdepartments affiliated with Neurology and psychiatry. All questions posed were answered with full disclosure and candid responses noted with no hiding of the arduous nature of the workload and expecatations therein.
