Interview
1 phones+2 onsite+ 1 online test+1 phone interview from HK HR, send email to the Shanghai HR first and then get the call from HR to make an appointment to prepare for the first phone interview. The first phone interview is relatively easy and I answer all the questions but later the on-site one is much more difficult since I just finish 1 among 3 questions and the other two are finished with the help of the interviewers and they are basically very nice.

Question 1
some probability questions and the difficulty increased step by step
Take home exam on data analysis and statistical inference, and then two rounds technical interviews, mostly probability and classical statistics and machine learning. Some simple algorithm questions done verbally too.
First round was panel Interview with 2 people, Ask questions on Statistics and resume. One was the VP of the team and other was regional manager. The Interview was not that difficult. But then I was ghosted. There was no reply from either HR or anyone else, I tried contacting them several times
