I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UBS (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
I recently had the immense privilege of partaking in a UBS interview process, and I must convey my genuine admiration for their meticulous and polished approach. The interview was systematically organised, with an acute attention to detail that epitomised the quintessential professionalism inherent to the UBS brand.
Summer Intern program for the COO department. The process included a Hirevue, online tests (30 minutes, personality and aptitude), and then two video call interviews. These were with different team MDs, mid-seniority. Questions required knowledge of investment banking workflows and process, minimal financial technicals.
It was pretty straightforward and the questions were practical and what you would expect. They asked a lot about my resume. They were very welcoming. I was told there would be two rounds but there was only one.
