Interview
One Hacker Rank test , two technical interview. Interview were good totally focused on Java and good quality. UBS HR made good communication till the interview process. But once second round doen no communication. I had ver good interview and was expecting the offer . Followed up to them 2 times in two weeks only to find out they are not moving forward with my profile. I wonder if 2 weeks were needed to tell me the same. Anyway seems they can improve their feedback system and atleast tell the reason . For my case i believe they were looking for someone with a low package .

Face to face interview with technical and behavioral questions. Mostly conceptual questions and discussion about technology topics. Helpful and friendly interviewers without negativity or condescension. Not much else to say about the process.

Interview
First, they made me wait for 2-3 hours. Then, when the interviewer finally arrived, he seemed more interested in talking about himself than asking questions. Despite having 22 years of experience, he lacked basic interviewing skills. You don't conduct an interview by demotivating the candidate.
