Interview
In 2003 when I applied online from Monster.com, I was called within 2 weeks of my application. My first interview was with HR and the hiring manager. I was then called in for a second interview with business partners, co-workers, direct report and IT counter parts. The third interview was with the head of the department. Within one week I received my offer and began work at UBS 3 weeks later.

Multiple interviews with HR before even got to the hiring manager. HR delved into every aspect of my work background; even hired an external firm to search my hiring history. Wanted specific date details -- it is difficult to remember the exact month I started or left a job more than 20 years ago.
