Faires, offenes Gespräch, nette Atmosphäre, aber unbedingt in Anzug und Krawatte erscheinen, ist halt doch eine Bank. Das Gespräch ist herausfordernd, auf Schwachpunkte in der Bewerbung wird vertieft eingegangen und nachgehakt (allerdings immer fair und respektvoll).
