Interview
First stage - numerical and logical testing; second stage - hirevue. During hirevue was asked typical behavioral questions plus a few questions non financial markets. The final stage is an online interview with the team.

Q: Some latest news on financial markets.
Q: Which industry do you follow, why, etc.
Q: Awareness of the role and position.
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer
Standard Hirevue interview, from what I recall you get two minutes to prepare and two minutes to speak. After each question your response is automatically recorded and you cannot retry.

Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.
