I applied online. I interviewed at U.S. Senator Bob Casey (Washington, DC)
Interview
The process starts with a skills assessment, testing your ability to write two pieces common to the job in a short period of time. I was called back after that for a second round interview with a three-person panel. Very straightforward questions concerning resume, interests, experience and fit. Final interview would have been with the Chief of Staff.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where you had to balance three competing interests: a request from group of constituents visiting D.C., a question about a vote from another Senator's office and getting talking points together for a speech.
