Interview
I applied to the European Regional Bureau and received offers from various Embassies in Europe and one regional desk office in D.C. The interviews were different for each position and varied from a lengthy phone interview gauging my knowledge of a particular region to an email from the US Embassy in Rome offering me an internship without any interview.
