The review process was normal, like any other job. It was not difficult but rather simple. You answer a couple questions and then they give you the job. I'm not sure what else to say about it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Minneapolis, MN) in Sept 2011
Interview
Went fairly fast. I was recommended by a former employee. I had a phone interview first, and later I was invited to the office. After the office interview in about two weeks they called me to tell me I got the job. I had two people in the interview with me. The interview is focused on customer service, and problem skills. The office was nice. The interview environment was comfortable and relaxed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is exceptional customer service means to you? Tell me a time when you had to go above and beyond?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Saint Paul, MN) in Jun 2020
Interview
Interview went okay. Questions were not too difficult and was a bit casual. Not sure if I was overqualified for the job or not what they were looking for. I thought I did well in the interview.
Quick easy and personable. I was an internal hire and I immediately felt welcomed by the management. I heard back next day and started 2 weeks later. I recommend my job to anyone looking.
