I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.

I turned in an application online and followed up a week later and got a call back for a group interview. Then I had a second one on one interview. I didn't get the job but then a month later another position opened up online and I applied again and left a message saying I reapplied and they called back the next day and offered me the job.
Very good. Followed professional format. Questions were well phrased. Interviewers were nice. Two rounds of interviews. Could not relocate. Excellent organization. Great leadership and structure. Virtual interviews. Good questions focusing ln strengths and weeknesses amd experoence

There was an online assessment that was like a test with general math plus customer service and general interview questions, then a recruiter called me to discuss the job and set up an interview with a branch employee.
