Interview
This was a very easy process. The manager interviewed over the phone and was very friendly. The interview was on a speaker phone, so a little difficult to hear each other. I thought this method a little casual, but I guess that is the way it goes nowadays. The hiring took over three months, but this is fast for this company.

Long, drawn out, no communication from HR or the hiring manager on status or feedback following panel interview. It ended up being awkward with people I deal with on a daily basis.

Interview
Formalized process, not too many rounds, recruiter was prompt in responding to me. Pretty standard, recruiter call, HM call, team interviews, and then possible offer. No crazy take home assignments or excessive interview rounds.

They asked about my experience and relevant hypothetical questions.
I interviewed with them 8 years ago. I recommend them as an employer, however they are going through a lot of changes right now and I am not sure how it will impact their future.
