It took three months for an interview. I interviewed for another city and state and the position was filled iternally and was told I wasa the top external candidate. Two months later received a call from the Regional Manager I interviewed with letting me know that he thought I would be a great fit for the Phoenix market and that they were struggling finding the right person. He offered to share my resume with the RM for the Arizona Market. I received a call about a week later, interviewed over the phone, flew to Arizona and interviewed and had a phone interview with the President of in-store banking. Received an offer the following day.
