applied, spoke to hiring manager, in person interview, offer the next day.. simple process
went through referral
interviwer asked about project management process. scenario based question. i answered the best i could, both for phone screen and face to face.. then finally HR called to discuss salary
Long, drawn out, no communication from HR or the hiring manager on status or feedback following panel interview. It ended up being awkward with people I deal with on a daily basis.

Formalized process, not too many rounds, recruiter was prompt in responding to me. Pretty standard, recruiter call, HM call, team interviews, and then possible offer. No crazy take home assignments or excessive interview rounds.

They asked about my experience and relevant hypothetical questions.
I interviewed with them 8 years ago. I recommend them as an employer, however they are going through a lot of changes right now and I am not sure how it will impact their future.
