I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Screened by phone first, then scheduled for interview with management. They did let me know usually another interview would take place with the district manager if it was needed. Main focus was to determine your customer service experience as they are very customer oriented. Sales background is encouraged. I provided a 30/60 day presentation showing what I was hoping to achieve with the company, which I believe helped me get the job.

Question 1
On a scale of one to ten, how would you rate yourself? Why?(customer service-wise)
First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why should we pick you over other candidates that are applying?
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
