Very positive interview experience. I wasn’t selected as they went with an internal candidate, but I was impressed with the TA experience I had and the follow-up phone call I had with the recruiter.

The process was typical. The recruiter reached out first and forwarded my application to the hiring manager. The hiring manager was not prepared at all for the video interview. The hiring manager stared at me for about 2-minutes. I'm hoping it wasn't due to my skin color.

The hiring manager spent about a good 15-minutes talking about her accomplishments and the previously held position at different companies. The hiring manager asked me to walk through my resume. I did. Then the interview took a turn down "I'm not prepared Boulevard."

Very casual interview that felt more like a conversation. Practically went over one position on my resume that the bulk of my experience that was relative to the position I applied for. Also had time for a couple questions.
