U.S. Army Reserve interview questions

Standard Panel Interview (2-6, depends on unit level) using Pre-qualified questionnaire. All Behavior-based questions. On average between 45 mins but no longer than 1 hour. Panel host will introduce the unit, position at the beginning usually. Most of the time it is very relaxing conversation.
