U.Group interview questions

The people that work at Chief seem very unhappy about their job. Everyone I met seems very unfriendly and uninterested in what they do. They ask very generic questions during the interview but it feels more like just following a guideline instead of actually getting to know you.

First interview was more of screen with another Guide who asked basic questions about qualifications and then answered questions about what it was like to work for Chief. Second interview was with 2 people from Corporate and was with 3 other applicants
