Two Twelve interview questions

First, a phone interview with 2 project managers. Then the in-person interview a week later was a review of my work with 2 creative directors. The interview was LONG, over 1.5 hours, and involved re-showing my work to a portion of the team. They told me they would make a decision by the end of the day. Unfortunately they decided to not tell me that they went with someone else until I followed up a week later.

Limited questions, no structure, wrong interpretation of answers, no proper introduction about work process, randomness. The people whom I interviewed with are not fit and suitable to make the interview.
