Interview
I got contacted via email by an HR representative. Then I set up a phone call. It was really friendly chat. Then after the phone call, I got a two-hour coding challenge. It was two simple questions however I did not code in C++ for a while so I cannot finish the questions on time.

Brief HR phone screen (simple questions about my background and interest in the company) followed by HackerRank code test and a technical phone interview. Did not make it any further. Interviewers were friendly and smart.

Interview
HR phone screen, followed by a coding sample test, followed by a phone conversation with a member of the team interested in me. I didn't know anything about finance, and didn't make it past this phone interview. Interviewer was generally pretty nice and willing to explain the market and the problems that Two Sigma work on.
