Mostly behavior based, some skills based questions; relationships seem important so it was good if you knew someone for the person that you were interviewing with; even so technical skills seemed valued as well but cultural fit was definitely evaluated Overall the interview was a a good experience

Phone interviewed with one of the HR guys. This was a very initial stage of the hiring process. Took less than 20 mins. Conversational Interview rather than a formal style. I was asked basic interview questions (why did you apply? tell me about your career...), but not so many behavior questions or technical questions.
