Pretty good interview process. Was quite efficient and brief. Would go through it again. Was pleasant and nice. Questions were relatively straightforward and easy and i was able to do it.

It's quite simple you just have to submit a lesson plan demo, so there is no live interview, and you have plenty of time to prepare. You also get feedback fairly quickly!
Video interview that was very casual. Standard questions about type of classes and test prep I could help students with, and my availability. They also asked about geographic preferences and commute times.
