I applied online and took an assessment. I was then called on the phone and asked some simple questions. I had a one on one interview where they conducted the intial background check. Afterwards I was made an offer. I then had to do about a 3 hour orientation with the director, then the next day an 8 training off site. I then had 2 days of training with a teacher. The director asked me if I was ready to be on my own, and I was so I began to work alone.

They ate while we talked, they asked how much I wanted to make, then they took me to tour the building briefly. Ended with an on the spot offer for employment immediately.

Virtual interview, Everything was on time. The hiring manager was very nice, explained everything about the day care, and what’s expected after the interview. Explained new guidelines in place for COVID 19 to maximize safety

easy, simple, unintimidating, Susan was a pleasure to sit and talk with, no difficult or unexpected questions. very informative. given a tour of all classrooms and building. long paperwork process and training process is unnecessarily long. but they pay you for your time training.
