There is no need to focus too much on researching a specific lawyer for the interview. The interviewers themselves are approachable and easygoing, without being overly formal or rigid. They appreciate candidates who appear professional but not overly polished. Instead, they value individuals who come across as kind and empathetic, as the firm handles many vulnerable clients, including those with mental health issues, asylum seekers under immense stress, and survivors of domestic violence. The firm hires from all over the world, so even if you are based in a different country, you have a strong chance of success. It is worth applying.
