Turnstone Environmental Consultants interview questions

The interview lasted about 40 minutes. It was pleasant. Technical and situational questions were asked to in order to assess experience and knowledge. You need to be a self-starter and independent. People with multiple field seasons would be the best fit.

The interview process was a bit rushed and last minute. I submitted my application a few months in advance, and when I did not hear anything back, I assumed that I had not received the position. However, one week before the start of the contract I received an email requesting a phone interview the following day. The interview was pretty short and the job was outlined in a way that made sense. I was offered the position within about 20 minutes of a phone interview. While the interview process appeared pretty seamless, trouble soon began after I arrived at my location. Suddenly things that were discussed over the phone had now changed. Policies, the total workload, and the schedule for which the project covers.
