I applied on-line and was contacted by phone. This was perhaps the single worst and most unprofessional five minute "interview" to which I have ever been subjected: Turnkey’s personnel might do well to avail themselves of basic interpersonal skills training.
I have been a highly successful new business development director for twelve years. Presumably that is why I was contacted, and yet the representative who called me had zero response to and showed no interest in my various significant successes I conveyed. She sounded flat and bored. I was appalled. She interviewed the resume, not me, and with extreme disinterest. She was also dismissive, unclear and borderline rude. It is astounding that Turnkey would have that person represent the company in a interviewing capacity.
Her final dismissive statement was “if we’re interested we’ll call you back.” That presupposed I would be interested, which I was not. I did find out who that person’s superior was and sent her an email about the appalling “interview”.
