First round interview - 15 min one-on-one with HR staff
Second round interview (if selected) - 3 20 min interviews with the local accounting manager, a cost accountant, and a cost analyst

Question 1
one of the questions was: "Can you tell me about a time when you had to take make a group decision without consulting others in your group. Why did you do it, what was the situation?"
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Turner Construction (Anaheim, CA) in May 2024
Interview
Invited me for a virtual interview then did an in-person interview. The first and second round were 1 week a part then after the in-person interview they stopped all communication with me and did not provide any more updates.
