Tuolumne County Sheriff interview questions

There were two rounds of interviews. The first round was a technical screening, consisting of a short panel interview with questions about various computer and telecommunications technologies, followed by a practical test of fixing several computers with real or simulated problems as well as a basic phone support scenario. The second round was a more traditional interview, with a three-person panel taking turns asking questions about my ability to support various technologies, how I would react in given scenarios, what I saw as the main roles of the IT department and the IT Technician, etc.
