The selection process involves two stages: a computer test followed by a face-to-face interview. The interview panel will consist of at least four people. Please ensure you have prepared your CV and supporting materials, and be ready to deliver a self-introduction and highlighting your relevant skills and experience for the position.

1. Written test These tests are kept short, generally a 30-45 minute to complete the test. 2. Interview The interview is where candidates meet with different department heads. It can be broken down into four general stages: introductions, broad questions and answers, position-related questions, and the conclusion.
