Sent resume via email to head of Development department. I was contacted a week later by phone to set up an interview. The interview was approx. 12 days after being contacted by the organization. I met with the Director of Development and the Director of Special Events. They asked pretty standard/textbook questions. I was notified that they decided to 'promote from within' about a week later.
