short and sweet, basic customer service questions, past employment, went over resume, chatted a bit about what I was looking for in a position etc. offered me a coffee. asked about previous problem-solving situations.

what is one difficult situation you have had to handle
It was a quick and efficient interview process. There was only one interview done in person, and after that the result was told. The interview was basic but appropriate for the type of job as a barista.
Before starting interview, i wrote something about me. For instance, "Why did you choose apply here?" and so forth. And I talked about experience and hobby. I felt like i was checked my personality by interviewer.
