I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tully Rinckey PLLC (Austin, TX) in Jun 2023
Interview
I was asked to schedule an interview, so I did so. The headhunter stood me up. Then she emailed me later that day and picked a different time, then sent me a vague email that "something came up." Extra unprofessional.

Interview
Not very much information about the role was provided during the initial interview process. Which made it difficult to understand what I was interviewing for. No one ever followed up as indicated.
I interviewed at Tully Rinckey PLLC (New York, NY)
Interview
I spoke with an in-house recruiter who was very pleasant and then had an interview with a senior partner. The interviewing partner was very confused and somehow thought I was interviewing for a position in White Plains, in a totally different practice area. He asked very dry questions and didn't foster much enthusiasm. I contacted the recruiter and pulled out of the process after this interview. The recruiter said the partners had wanted to move forward, and asked me to let him know if I changed my mind.
