Interview
There was actually no formal interview-type questioning. I just showed up at there office and told them I was referred by a person and that I was interested in working as a laborer! They sent me to get a drug test and when I returned they said, "good, you actually passed the drug test... the last three people failed it!" well they said something really close to that:)
