The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tuff in Jan 2025

Interview

There was an initial screening, then an interview over Zoom with the 2 people I'd be working for. Then there was a project assignment that I was told to spend 4 hours on. Once I submitted that there was a personality test and an IQ test. Then I had to present the project I did for 4 people.

I had a Phone interview, Then a zoom interview with the manager. Lastly, there was a project interview where you designed social ads, a landing page, and an email and then presented a mock project to a group of people you’d be working with.
