Extremely friendly attorneys. I ultimately accepted another offer for family reasons, but it was a very positive experience. Some law firm interviews can feel stiff - this felt much more comfortable, more like speaking to a real person (as it should).

Question 1
Tell me about your trajectory from law school until now.
I went through a three-round interview process over the course of three months, meeting with the recruiter, department chairs, and several partners in the prospective office. Although communication was occasionally delayed, I remained engaged and optimistic throughout the process. Unfortunately, after the final round, I never received any follow-up or closure. Being ghosted at that stage was disappointing and, frankly, unprofessional—especially given the time and effort invested. I expected a greater level of respect and transparency from a firm of this caliber.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tucker Ellis (Cleveland, OH) in Jan 2023
Interview
Very helpful folks and would highly recommend interviewing here. Great group of people that seem very collegial. The team is committed to growth and the success of its employees. Team values office attendance.
