I applied to the role on their website. They contacted me, set up a phone interview, and then set up in-person interviews after I passed that round. Most questions will follow the behavioral interview format. Personality fit is valued just as much as your education and work credentials. They are generally easy-going, just be honest and speak to your experience as best you can.

It took forever; I interviewed with 3 different people over 3 different occasions. They ask standard STAR questions. Though their HR is slow, there was someone their rooting for me so that is how I got the job.
