Interview
I went to the personnel office, filled out an application and turned it in. After a day or so a face to face interview was scheduled and a a day or so after that I was offered the job and I accepted.

I found none of the questions to be difficult or unexpected.
Very easy going and cool interviewer which made any nervousness low. Overall the interview was quick and you just need surface level knowledge of the company essentially. This is my personal experience.

Interview
Extremely impersonal, an automated video interview without clear direction. My credentials are well within outstanding bounds however I am not early 20's. Without stating, age seems to be an issue and other excuses are given. Would never recommend or apply again.

Describe a time you were faced with a difficult situation and delt with it
It was okay. They gave me a hard time about my professional references. The lady I dealt with was rude. Their receptionist out front was very polite and kind. Most of the people in the building gave off a very snobby vibe.
