I had scheduled a screening with a recruiter, that got rescheduled since another meeting of theirs went long. When I signed into the actual screening call, the recruiter never showed up, so I sent an email, which I didn't receive any response to until over an hour later.
It turns out that the company had decided to stop hiring for my level, but I was not given any advance notice that my call had been cancelled. I found this very disrespectful of my time given that I had adjusted my plans multiple times for this company.
