After applying on 8/28, I had to complete an online assessment that took less than 10 minutes. Then there was a self-paced phone interview with an automated system on 8/31, next a phone interview on 9/8 with a person who was 15 minutes late to the meeting. Finally, on 9/12 I had an in person interview that was changed to a different person after I arrived to the appointment that was started almost 10 minutes late.
In person I was interviewed by two people. It felt like a good-cop/bad-cop routine. One of the two women visibly frowned too many times to count while the other smiled politely the whole time. According to an earlier email I was supposed to be there 45 minutes to an hour. I was done in 15 minutes.
The next evening I received an email asking me to please hurry and schedule an in person interview. I responded advising that I'd had the interview the day before. The next morning I was told I wouldn't be receiving a job offer. I'm still waiting on feedback to see what areas I can improve on. I felt the interviews went well and I know I would be a great fit due to my 6 years of call center experience. I'm a bit relieved as they seem unorganized.
