Interview
I applied on January 27th for the program and I received notification for the first interview on February 4th. The first interview was on February 10th and it was a phone interview with all behavioral questions and lasted about 30 minutes. I received an invitation to their super day in Charlotte, NC on February 13th. The super day was on February 21st with a Welcome Reception the night before. The Welcome Reception was very casual with drinks and conversations with recruiters and past graduates of the program as well as other program candidates. The super day lasted from 8:00 am to about 1:00 pm and consisted of 2 behavioral interviews and a critical thinking exercise. I received my offer on February 28th. Overall, was a really great way to meet people and feel out the vibe of the employees of the company.

There were multiple interview stages finishing with a super day. Interviewers were very nice and seemed interested in getting to know you personally and professionally. The super day was really long but totally worth it once you get through it.

Great experience overall throughout the process, had a video recording first round, then a video interview, and a super day with two interviews. Had a few other assessments, a great program nice hiring managers.

They provided a very Comfortable environment. The process was fast and smooth. After a phone interview with hr, you get invited to super day. You then go through loops of interviews
